Larry Wolff, CEO
Larry is the founder and CEO of Wolff Strategy Partners. He has been leading organizations through digital transformations for more than 20 years with strategy management techniques that focus on measurable execution.
Larry has advised Boards and CEOs on corporate strategy and complex, high risk technology issues, driving industry disruption, revenue and earnings growth, customer satisfaction and employee retention. He has served as a CEO, COO, CIO, head of strategy, and management consultant for public, private, international and emerging growth companies. He specializes in corporate and IT strategic planning, digital transformation, business and IT turnarounds, merger integration and large-scale project rescues. His time-proven methodologies span industries and scale to companies of all sizes.
As a CIO with Reed Elsevier, Larry partnered with Microsoft to create Expedia, a well-known disrupter in the travel industry. He disrupted the publishing industry in the early days of the Web by developing tools to simultaneously deliver print and online content – resulting in massive cost savings and increased speed to market. Larry introduced predictive analytics as CIO and Senior Vice President, Strategy Management at Universal Technical Institute to identify which sales leads would become students in school, saving tens of millions of dollars. Later, as CEO of an early stage entertainment software company, he architected a predictive online advertising engine in partnership with IBM.
Larry served as a managing partner with Fortium Partners, the world’s largest provider of technology leadership services and then as President & COO of Ouellette & Associates, advising executives on digital transformation.
Larry believes that digital transformation starts with a healthy obsession for your customer and requires a thoughtful balance of strategy, culture and technology. He has continuously refined his methodology to drive breakthrough results.

A graduate of Seton Hall University, Larry and his wife of more than 30 years, Amy, reside in Scottsdale, Arizona.
