Wolff Strategy Partners is a boutique consulting firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona with a national and international reach. Our model is to assess your IT organization, help you determine the appropriate strategy, and deliver measurable results — efficiently and precisely. We have delivered extreme value to companies ranging from $50 million to $10 billion and more in a wide variety of industries including, but not limited to, higher education, publishing & media, oil & gas, and healthcare. Our business is mostly by referral. We work swiftly and efficiently and, when we are done, we leave. Plus, we’re confident that you’ll call us the next time you need results.

We are not a big consulting firm. We are not interested in writing change orders to extend engagements and putting extra bodies on your project.

I didn’t start at the top. I grew up poor, working tirelessly to learn, achieve, and overcome every obstacle in my path. Academics and athletics taught me discipline, and along with giving back to my community as a volunteer EMT, instilled in me the values of hard work, integrity, and pushing beyond perceived limits.
That mindset carried me through college, where I worked two jobs while taking 18 credits—until I was recruited as a sophomore to lead academic computing at Seton Hall University. That early break led to a corporate career filled with incredible mentors and opportunities, and by my 30s, I was a CIO in a Global 500 company.
